Terms of service:

We use the program Jobber for our scheduling, client portal, and some messaging services in order to make communication more reliable between you and Plug In Electric during our job or project with you. The text messages you will receive are for appointment reminders, service updates, invoices, promotions, or customer support.

Data rates may apply. Standard carrier fees could be charged upon sending or receiving messages no matter if it is through our business number or our dedicated Jobber number.

You will only receive messages when we are on our way to your job site, need more information from you, booking an appointment with you, sending an invoice, when we create promotional material (which you may opt out of at any time), or any other question to you regarding our current job or project with you. You will not receive repeated promotional messages or spam.

You can reach us anytime via our contact page, phone number, or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

Since we do not have anything automated or subscription based, in order to opt out of receiving any messages at all, you may contact us directly by email (chris@pluginelectricllc.com) or phone, 803-517-8300. We will promptly make sure you will only be called if we are working with you from our direct business line and/or emailed from our direct business email. When we are not working with you, you will receive no communication.
